Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of laws principles. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas. The parties waive any objection based on improper venue or forum non conveniens. Any claim relating to these Terms of Use is contractually barred unless suit on the claim is brought within one year after the cause of action occurs.
